The Site, through some of its features, allows you to submit an online request ("Match Request") to be matched with one or more of our third-party lending partners, insurance brokers, insurance agents, and/or other third parties who offer their products and/or services, platforms and service providers, who may in turn contact you with offers for financial products ("Partners"). If you decide to engage with one (or more) of our Partners you will enter into a separate agreement with each. InternetMagic.io does not guarantee that the offers provided to you by any of the Partners will have the best rates or terms available in the market.
IF YOU SUBMIT A MATCH REQUEST, PARTNERS MAY CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY WITH QUOTES OR OFFERS VIA ALL MEANS OF COMMUNICATION PROVIDED BY YOU: MAIL, EMAIL, TELEPHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, FAX, AND OTHERS ("COMMUNICATIONS"). YOU MAY RECEIVE TELEMARKETING CALLS FROM PARTNERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON THEIR BEHALF (INCLUDING USING AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM OR AN ARTIFICIAL OR PRERECORDED VOICE) AS A CONSEQUENCE OF SUBMITTING A MATCH REQUEST THROUGH OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS REGISTERED ON A STATE, CORPORATE OR FEDERAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. THE COMMUNICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE PARTNERS' RESPECTIVE TERMS AND ANY RIGHT YOU MAY WISH TO EXERCISE SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO THE PARTNERS. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY ANY SPECIFIC PARTNER DIRECTLY IF YOU NO LONGER WISH TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS FROM THEM. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT InternetMagic.io IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A PARTNER'S FAILURE TO FOLLOW YOUR OR OUR INSTRUCTIONS TO STOP CONTACTING YOU.
By submitting a Match Request, you expressly consent to third parties conducting any research necessary to provide you with information about your Match Request. Third parties may need to share your information in order to conduct such research. For example, if you submit a Match Request, credit reports or scores may be ordered from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your Match Request. Such reports provide details that may assist in determining eligibility for loan offers. If you refuse to allow third parties to conduct such research, you should not submit a Match Request.
With respect to lending products Match Requests, you understand and acknowledge that we are not a lender, nor a broker and we do not offer or originate loans, nor do we collect any formal applications for such loans. All loan approval decisions and terms are determined by the Partners at the time of your application with them. Any Match Request submitted through our website does not constitute a loan application and you will have to submit a loan application to the respective Partner before the Partner provides you with an actual offer.
6.1. The Site enables you to view, access, link to, and use content from Third Party Sources (defined below) that are not owned or controlled by us ("Third Party Content"). The Site may also enable you to communicate and interact with Third-Party Sources. "Third Party Source(s)" means: (i) third party websites and services; and (ii) our partners and customers.
6.2. We have no control over any Third Party Sources. We do not assume any responsibility for the content, terms of use, privacy policies, actions or practices of any Third Party Sources. Please read the terms of use and privacy policy of any Third Party Source that you interact with before you engage in any such activity.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF InternetMagic.io FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF US$100.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless InternetMagic.io and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) your User Submissions; (iii) your interaction with any Site user; or (iv) your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated by InternetMagic.io or you. InternetMagic.io, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate these Terms and/or your access to the Site, or any part thereof, immediately at any time and with or without cause. InternetMagic.io shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the Site, or any part thereof. Upon termination of these Terms, you shall cease all use of the Site.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by InternetMagic.io without restriction or notification to you.
InternetMagic.io reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Site at any time. These Terms and the relationship between you and InternetMagic.io shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between you and InternetMagic.io concerning the Site.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURS. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
